At Pawfectly Made, every item is carefully handmade and personalised just for you. Because our products are custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless there’s an issue caused by us. That said, your happiness matters to us, and we’ll always do our best to help if something isn’t right.

Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

All items are created based on the details you provide at checkout. For this reason, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect spelling, colour, or size entered at checkout

  • Normal wear and tear or misuse

Please double-check all custom details before placing your order to ensure everything is perfect.

If There’s a Problem With Your Order

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Email us at pawfectlymade@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll happily offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost if your claim is approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, production may have already begun and we may be unable to cancel or issue a refund.

Returns

If a return is approved, we’ll provide clear instructions on what to do next. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.
