Because our products are custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless there’s an issue caused by us. That said, your happiness matters to us, and we’ll always do our best to help if something isn’t right.
All items are created based on the details you provide at checkout. For this reason, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Incorrect spelling, colour, or size entered at checkout
Normal wear and tear or misuse
Please double-check all custom details before placing your order to ensure everything is perfect.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
