All of our products are handmade and personalised to order. Please allow up to 14 days for us to create your item before it is shipped. Processing times may vary during busy periods, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.
Standard Shipping: Usually 2-5 working days
International shipping: varies from 1 - 4 weeks - details on request
Please note that delivery times may vary due to postal delays, peak seasons, or factors outside our control.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
If tracking is available for your order, tracking details will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped.
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Pawfectly Made is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by the courier. If your order appears delayed or missing, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, an explanation and relevant photos. This will allow us to review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
